The energy safety risk early warning system was designed with the classification of primary energy structure. The energy system was divided into two levels, including a total of 37 indicators. The China's energy risk early warning system was established using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and entropy weight combination. The demonstration analysis was conducted using the data from the year of 1995 to 2008 and it was concluded that the energy security situation was relatively stable in the recent years. The entire situation of energy security of China during the year of 2009 to 2010 was predicted based on grey model and the conclusion that the energy risk early warning index was between the worthing attention and danger and only coal sub-system was in a safe state.

In using the TV-guided missiles to attack targets process, the target image segmentation process directly affects the attack effect. So, choose a suitable image segmentation methods to ensure high quality target image processing speed, real-time, is particularly important. This paper introduces a method which combines the advantages of the genetic algorithm with the advantages of the fast optimization principle and the method of Ostu, to improve the method of Ostu, and Simulation on the simulation platform. The simulation results show that the improved algorithm is efficient and effective. Simulation results show that the improved Ostu good treatment effect and the calculation speed of the algorithm is effective.

When exploring identification of coal and waste rock, 17 characteristic parameters of gray-scale histogram and gray level co-occurrence matrix (GLCN1) were chosen according to their differences in gray scale and texture. Then, the principal component analysis (PCA) algorithm was used to get principal components from all the parameters chosen above. The principal components were defined as the inputs of CA-ANN to identify the experimental samples of coal and waste rock. The identification rate reaches up to 100% through simulating experiments which proves the feasibility of the characteristic parameters and principal component analysis. Finally, by comparing the simulation results with BP neural network, the identification not only demonstrates the validity in extracting the principal components from the 17 parameters, but also shows that the GA-ANN algorithm is superior to the traditional BP neural network in pattern recognition. The application of PCA combined with CA-ANN provides a new method in intelligent identification for coal and waste rock.

Three axes hydraulic shaking system as the means to recreate vibration environment can accurately reproduce reference power spectrum density and time history response. The vibration control is a key technique to meet the requirement. This paper introduces the principle of the three-axis six-DOF shaking table at first and then designs hardware system using TMS320C2812 to acquire the analog and digital variable and using TMS320C6713 to operate and communicate with S3C2410 via dual-RAM in order to improve real-time and rapidity of the system. In the end, this paper presents the implementation of a rapid prototyping control system, which involves the design of DSP algorithms using MATLAB Simulink blocksets, automated code generation in the CCS integrated development environment, and downloading of executable code to the Texas Instruments’ TMS320C2812 and TMS320C6713.
